January 7^th, 2012 - Eleanor played the first game of her second season of basketball today and got to bring the ball up court several times.

January 8^th, 2012 - Caroline lost her first tooth today, her bottom right central incisor.

March 11^th, 2012 - Caroline had her first soccer match today and scored one of her team's two goals. 

March 16^th, 2012 - Charlie passed away today.  We buried him in the back yard and planted wild flowers around his grave.

May 29^th, 2012 - Caroline lost her top left central incisor today.

June 24^th, 2012 - Today Joseph began using the potty.

July 3^rd, 2012 - Today our family got a new kitty, a Siamese named Lucy.
