January 10^th, 2006 - Eleanor is very healthy according to her18-month doctor's visit today.

March 3^rd, 2006 - Caroline was born today at 11:44 am.  She weighed 9lbs., 12oz., was 20.5 inches long, and her head was 36 cm around.

March 20^th, 2006 - Caroline had her first visit with the doctor today and is doing great!

April 14^th, 2006 - Caroline turned six weeks old today and has recently begun smiling and standing up with help balancing from her parents (i.e., she can support her weight on her legs).

April 20^th, 2006 - Today Caroline rolled over from front to back for the first time.
She also had her second visit with the doctor:

May, 2006 - Eleanor and Caroline's picture appears in this month's Wolfpacker along with Caroline's birth announcement.

May 1^st, 2006 - Caroline went to "school" for the first time today.

May 14^th, 2006 - Caroline was baptized during the 8:30 service at Westminster Presbyterian Church.  Her Granddaddy served as the attending elder.

May 18^th, 2006 - Today Caroline had her ten week appointment with the doctor, who was very pleased with her development

June 1^st, 2006 - Last night Caroline slept straight through the night without waking to feed for the first time.

June 5^th, 2006 - Caroline sat up by herself today for the first time.

June 26^th, 2006 - Today Caroline ate her first solid food: sweet potatoes.  She was shocked by the taste and texture on her first bite, but then couldn't get enough of it.

June 30^th, 2006 - Caroline's first teeth came in today, her bottom central incisors.

July 4^th, 2006 - Caroline rolled from her back to her front for the first time today.

July 5^th, 2006 - Eleanor's first two-year molar (bottom right) came in today.

July 10^th, 2006 - Eleanor turned two years old today!  She had a party at her Aunt Courtney and Uncle Jeff's house, one at the ice cream parlor near Gigi and Grandaddy's house, and one at home in Nashville.

July 11^th, 2006 - Check-ups at the doctor today for Eleanor (2 yrs.) and Caroline (4 mos.):

July 23^rd, 2006 - Tonight Eleanor moved out of her crib and into a regular bed for the first time.

August, 2006 - Late this month, Caroline began making "word-sounds" like "ba-ba," "ma-ma," "fa-fa," and "da-da".  She also started balancing herself on her hands and knees and scooting around (though not quite crawling yet).

September 2-5, 2006 - Eleanor and Caroline vacationed at Edisto Island, SC with their parents and the Ray family.

September 4^th, 2006 - Caroline's left upper central incisor came in today.

September 11^th, 2006 - Caroline's right upper central incisor came in today.

September 14^th, 2006 - Today Caroline had her six-month doctor appointment:

October 3^rd, 2006 - Caroline sprouted a new tooth today, her top left lateral incisor.

October 16^th, 2006 - A new tooth for Caroline today, her top right lateral incisor.

October 21^st, 2006 - Caroline started crawling today and has begun pulling herself up to standing.

October 27^th, 2006 - Today the Bryants bought their first home and began moving in with the help of their family.

October 31^st, 2006 - For Halloween Eleanor dressed up like a leopard and Caroline dressed up like a bunny.  Eleanor went trick-or-treating from house to house for the first time.

December 14^th, 2006 - Today Caroline had her nine-month doctor appointment and is very healthy:

December 18^th, 2006 - Caroline stood by herself for the first time tonight.
